It was a three days stay at Kohinoor Elite Kurla. I must stay it was a very fabulous stay. We enjoyed everything about the property. Rooms were spacious. Specifically thanks to Reception for all the smooth arrangements. Also special mention to Ms. Mampi for her hospitality. Will definitely visit again.

Received excellent service. Front desk was very helpful. They accommodated us with early checkin and late checkout. Rest of staff that we interacted with were well trained and helpful too. Food was good. Enjoyed all our meals there. Purpose of trip was to visit US Consulate. Not too far from airport or Consulate.

Laundry Service was really very excellent. Cleaning was maintained. House keeping was on time. Food Quality was good . Staff behaviour was nice . No disturbance. Transport services was on time . And Interior design of room is very beautiful. @jigardasuri

Booked this hotel via booking.com as it was near to my India office and recommended by a colleague from my India office. This was for a long-term stay and the booking was guaranteed by credit card. However, the hotel front desk was not professional at all. They insisted that they can only accept credit card payment in SGD at 1AM (India time) and not in INR - every traveller has the right to choose their preferred forex rates!!!! Feels super dodgy from this point onwards. The area outside the hotel is also a mess - such a downgrade.
